DESCRIPTION:This year we are studying the book of Ephesians, written by the apostle Paul. All women are welcome to join us. Our study is in a discussion format. After each study, questions are emailed out for the following discussion.\nWe will meet on Zoom for the Fall study. If you have questions or would like to join, please contact either Kathy Rennie ( mailto:jankren@gmail.com ) or Nancy Jones ( mailto:nancym.jones9664@gmail.com ).\nA brief introduction:\nPaul divided his letter to the Ephesians into two clear segments; applying the truths of the first makes possible the actions and lifestyle of the second. Paul spent the first three chapters of the letter discussing God’s creation of a holy community by His gift of grace in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.\nAfter laying out profound theological truths in the first half of the book, Paul made his purpose clear: he expected that this community of faith would walk in accordance with its heavenly calling .  Armed with the understanding of our calling, Paul provides instruction for several practices we should follow in our relationships within the church, in the home, and in the world.\n
