Dear Faithful friends and family:

We are thrilled to share the amazing ways God has been at work at Camp Good News over the past three months! Your prayers, generosity, and support continue to make an eternal impact on the lives of children and families.

Ministry Highlights

Spring Camp & Youth Retreat (March 15-23): We welcomed 29 children, saw five professions of faith, and had seven dedicated counselors serving. Children’s Bible Lessons focused on Christ’s life, death, resurrection, and return. We also introduced our new 9-hole Frisbee disc golf course, which was a huge hit!

Good News Club at Shell Elementary: Weekly attendance has averaged 20 children, and we are seeing great spiritual growth as we reach out to children in the elementary school that would not otherwise have the opportunity to hear about Jesus and make a decision for Him.

Good News Sunday Service at Waldo First Baptist (March 16): Our counselors led a special Sunday service. Here is the link if you wish to view it.

Camp Improvements: Thanks to the Missions Team from Oakridge Bible Chapel in Canada and SOWERS (Servants On Wheels Ever Ready), along with many other faithful volunteers, we completed numerous projects, including:

• Excavated and began repairing the sewer/septic system for Palm dorms

• Launched Phase 1 of the beach dock upgrade
• Created a beautiful outdoor mural at Cypress, thanks to many generous helpers!

• Built a games and picnic area onto the side of the gym

Upcoming Event: Open House & Work Day (May 3)

• 9:00 AM: Work projects begin
• 12:30 PM: Free lunch for all guests
• Afternoon: Open house, swimming, and our 320-ft waterslide!

We would love to see you there—come for a visit, serve, enjoy fellowship, and experience what God is doing at Camp Good News!

Prayer Requests

• Strength and endurance for our team as we prepare for summer camp 2025
• More volunteers and counselors to serve in this vital ministry
• Continued provision for ongoing camp improvements
• Chaperones for summer transportation needs
