We are committed, in the Lord’s strength and through the power of the Holy Spirit, to draw alongside the men of Oakridge, to provide spiritual refreshment while cultivating long-lasting relationships and developing a thirst and hunger in our souls to know him more as we become the men of integrity, substance, and courage that he desires us to be.
We provide a Christ-centered environment where women can meet the Lord and grow in their relationship with him. This ministry serves as an avenue for women to come together to learn, serve, and encourage one another, to build lasting friendships, be drawn nearer to Jesus Christ, and to be equipped, enabled and encouraged in their faith so that they can reach out to those around them that do not yet know a Saviour.
Please feel free to join or inquire about our Small Groups.

Mandarin Community Group: Oakridge Bible Chapel began a Mandarin Group ministry in September of 2017 to meet the spiritual needs of the growing Mandarin-speaking population in our community. We meet regularly to sing hymns, study the Bible, share life stories, pray, and encourage one another. In doing this, we hope to continuously apply the biblical truth to our lives. We welcome all Mandarin-speaking friends and neighbours to join us, even if you are not a Christian. We hope this community group will become a spiritual platform where we can grow our relationship with God, build friendship, learn together, and support each other.
We provide a warm and caring environment for infants, toddlers, and nursing mothers during the Sunday morning times of corporate worship.
We are excited to have a great time each Sunday morning with our young children. Kids enjoy active songs, games, and great crafts related to the Bible story each week.
In Ozone, our Sunday School program, we work alongside parents in training their children in knowing God’s word, memorizing key Bible passages, in praising and worshipping our Lord and Saviour, and developing strong relationships with their Sunday School classmates.
Our Sunday Youth Class provides students with opportunities to live and learn as followers of Jesus Christ. We will listen to relatable Bible-based teaching and engage in discussion as to why and how the lesson applies to our everyday lives. Make sure to bring your Bible!
Kids get an opportunity to learn about God and to participate in fun activities that reinforce the things that we learn about him. Each evening after singing all together the “Acorns” (ages JK & SK) and “Oaks” (grades 1 – 3) separate for Bible Story, craft, and game times.
Throughout the year we learn a passage of Scripture. Kids earn points for attendance, for saying their memory work, and for bringing their memory book each week. The points are traded in three times throughout the year at our “General Store.” Tree House ends with our exciting Grand Prix Car Race.
The goal of Rooted is to bring boys and girls into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Every week we learn from God’s word and work on memorizing a passage from the Bible. Each week we also work on a creative project and have a time for games. We finish off our year with designing and painting our cars for our Grand Prix.
A great evening of floor hockey action! We play two games with a break in between to hear a short devotional from the Bible. No cost to participate! Bring your stick and a water bottle if you’d like.
Our Vacation Bible School is a half-day program that runs for one week during the summer and is open to children from three to twelve. While attending, children hear daily Bible stories, learn memory verses, sing songs, play games, complete crafts, and make friends. Most importantly, every child hears about God’s love and the sacrifice Jesus made for each one of them. Note to Parents: At long last, Oakridge will be hosting VBS once again! Please join us July 10-14, 2023 for Concrete and Cranes. Registration is now open! Register now or get more information on our VBS page.
We seek to provide our young people with opportunities to study the Bible, grow in their faith, and connect with other believers their age. Along with our Sunday Youth Class and Rooted program, we also host several youth social events throughout the year. We wish to mentor and disciple our students, teaching them to study the Bible well, helping find opportunities for them to serve within the church, and partnering with parents to help prepare them for adulthood.
From its inception, Oakridge has been a mission-oriented church. We designate a significant portion of our time, talents, and resources to serving our community here in Oakville and throughout the world, as well as helping others who also serve around the world.
