Below is a February 2025 prayer update sent to the Oakridge Bible Chapel family from Brian and Sally Seim, missionaries who serve the Lord with SIM Canada as an extension of OBC’s gospel ministry.
Dear Friends,
- I (Brian) am up to my eyeballs in words, theories, and citations. When I complete those, I need to get the finished product into a template, re-evaluate my Bibliography, ensure my interviews are complete and edit my definitions. This is the month I want to get my thesis to my supervisors. I have high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high cholesterol so far…. Yes, it’s true. I am feeling the pressure. Please pray!
- English as a second language classes continue. For me, that is my break in the week. These students are truly amazing.
- Sally is once more creatively constructing lesson plans, meal plans, and editing my work as I go along.
