OAKRIDGE BIBLE CHAPEL

Blessing the Next Generation

Each and every Christian is called, invited, and empowered to help others find (“evangelism”) and follow (“discipleship”) Jesus Christ. While these relationships can be found in any number of places (for example, where we worship, work, study, or play), more often than not we need not look further than our own families to find opportunities to help people grow in Christ.

Today on the podcast we welcome a long-time member of the Oakridge family, Judy Wragg, to help us think through how to intentionally leverage family relationships for the glory of God and, more specifically, how the role of grandparent can be as blessed as it is influential, as privileged as it is impactful.

Josiah has served the Oakridge Bible Chapel family as one of its elders and one of its pastoral staff members since September 2018, before which he ministered as an associate pastor to a local congregation in the Canadian prairies. Josiah's desire is to be used by God to help equip the church for ministry, both while gathered (edification) and while scattered (evangelization). He is married to Patricia, and together they have five children—Jonah, Henry, Nathaniel, Josephine, and Benjamin.
